Our pressure wash destroys weeds at the root — no hand-pulling, no regrowth. Then we lock the joints with polymeric sand and a growth inhibitor. We arrive with our own water tankers, so nothing is asked of your property.
GTA’s Best Service
We wash away all the impurities holding back that shine that makes your home POP! Bringing back that natural contrast that complements your lawn, trees, fences, gates, décor, and of course, your beautiful home. Once we are done, everything is put back as we found it — reattaching your garden hose and putting back any objects moved.
Our newest service
Most washing companies need your outdoor tap, your hose and your water bill. We don’t. Our tankers arrive loaded — so the job gets done whether or not you have a working tap, and not a litre of it is metered to you.
It also means we can work on properties with no water at all: vacant homes, new builds, units between tenants, and commercial lots where the nearest tap is a hundred feet away.
Nothing to connect and nothing to unhook. Vacant homes, new builds and properties with a broken outdoor tap are all fine.
We supply every litre. Nothing runs through your meter, so a full driveway wash costs you nothing in water.
Our own pump means steady pressure from the first paver to the last — not whatever your house line happens to give that day.
We come to you anywhere in Toronto and the GTA, on your schedule.
Vacant homes, new builds, units between tenants and commercial lots — no tap required at all.
No pressure drop indoors while we work, and no risk to an older outdoor tap or hose bib.

We don’t crouch down and pull weeds by hand. Our pressure wash system is powerful enough to destroy the plant and its root structure inside the joint. Then we refill with polymeric sand and seal the surface with a growth inhibitor — so nothing comes back.
If weeds return within five years of our treatment, we come back and remove them free of charge. That’s how confident we are in the root-kill and the sealant.

We walk the driveway and find every crack, seam and paver joint the weeds are living in. Shaded and damp areas get extra attention.
Our system drives water deep into the joint at pressure. It doesn’t just strip the green off the top — it destroys the root structure underneath.
Moss, debris and dormant seed sitting in the cracks get flushed clear. That’s the next generation of weeds, gone before it starts.
The right nozzle and angle for your surface. Enough pressure to clean, controlled enough not to erode asphalt or damage the pavers.
Fresh polymeric sand — a blend of sand and binding polymers — goes back into every gap between the pavers. It hardens and locks the joint shut.
A chemical seal goes over the top that stops regrowth for up to five years. Backed by our free-removal guarantee.
Why weeds come back after an ordinary wash. Most companies remove only what you can see. The root survives in the joint and regrows within weeks — and a careless pressure wash also blasts the sand out from between pavers, giving the next weed an easier home. Root-kill, polymeric sand and a growth inhibitor are what make the difference between a driveway that looks clean today and one that stays clear for years.

Oil, rust, tree sap and plant staining sink into porous stone and stay there. Ordinary washing lifts the surface dirt and leaves the stain behind. We treat each type on its own terms — the right solution, the right dwell time, the right pressure — then rinse it out of the pore rather than driving it deeper.
Engine drips, transmission fluid and cooking oil. Drawn out of the stone rather than smeared across it.
Sticky pine and maple sap that hardens into the surface and traps dirt around it.
Tannin bleed from fallen leaves, berries and mulch that leaves a brown shadow on pale stone.
Orange bleed from patio furniture, railings and iron-rich lawn feed.
The chalky white haze that rises through concrete and interlock as it cures and weathers.
Grill grease, dropped paint and sealer overspray lifted without bleaching the stone around it.
Not sure the stain will come out? Send us a photo on WhatsApp. We’ll tell you honestly what we can lift and what has set permanently — before you book anything.

5 Star Service Provider
Power washing and weed removal are our core work. We also handle the full range of paving and interlock services.
Why it matters
Your driveway is the first thing anyone sees. Weeds, moss and years of grime make a well-kept house look neglected — and they quietly damage the surface underneath.
Roots widen every joint they grow in. Left alone, a hairline seam becomes a repair.
Damp, shaded growth keeps water sitting on the surface, which freezes and splits it in winter.
Wet moss and algae are genuinely slippery. It’s a safety issue as much as an appearance one.
One wash and the contrast comes back — against your lawn, your brick, your front door.

★★★★★
Professional and on time. I have a very large asphalt driveway that needed sealing and some patch work. The crew scrubbed the edges and cleared all debris before spraying. Good job.
Ben — Toronto★★★★★
Got a seal coat last year. Done professionally, and the beige stone around the driveway stayed perfectly clean. Eight months and several snowstorms later it still looks good. Fair price, highly recommended.
Artem V. — Vaughan★★★★★
Hired them two years in a row and plan to keep going. Fast, efficient, respectful. Most importantly they show up when they say they will and communicate better than any contractor I've used.

Questions from our customers
No. Our truck carries its own water on board, so we can wash your driveway whether or not you have an outdoor tap, and without a litre going through your water meter. Vacant properties and new builds are no problem.
Our own pump also means consistent pressure from start to finish, rather than whatever your house line happens to give that day.
Not for at least five years — and if they do, we come back and remove them free of charge.
Our pressure wash is powerful enough to destroy the plant and its root inside the joint, so there’s nothing left to regrow. We then refill the gaps with polymeric sand, which hardens and locks the joint shut, and seal the surface with a chemical growth inhibitor rated for up to five years.

It’s a blend of fine sand and binding polymers used to fill the gaps between pavers. Once it’s swept into the joints and activated with water, it hardens into a firm, flexible joint.
That matters because an empty joint is where the next weed takes hold. Ordinary sand washes out; polymeric sand stays put and keeps the joint sealed.
Yes. Oil and grease, tree sap and resin, tannin bleed from leaves and mulch, rust from furniture and fertiliser, efflorescence, BBQ grease and dropped paint — all on stone, concrete and interlock.
Each stain type needs its own solution and dwell time. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you honestly what will lift and what has set permanently, before you book.
It can, in untrained hands. Too much pressure erodes asphalt and blasts the sand out from between pavers — which actually makes the weed problem worse.
We match nozzle, pressure and angle to your surface. Concrete, asphalt and interlock each get treated differently.
Once a year suits most properties. Shaded or damp driveways that grow moss may want it more often. If you’re planning to seal, wash first — sealer will not bond to a dirty surface.
Facades, walkways, railings, awnings, storefronts, fences, gates and exterior windows. We also do post-construction detailing.
Once we are done, everything is put back as we found it — your garden hose reattached, any objects moved returned to place.
Most residential driveways are done in a few hours. Heavy weed growth or interlock re-sanding adds time. We’ll tell you the window when we quote.

We provide a full range of residential and commercial paving and sealing services, including concrete work, asphalt paving, driveway repairs, resurfacing, interlock installation, seal coating, and parking lot maintenance. Our goal is to enhance the appearance and durability of your outdoor surfaces.
We recommend sealing your driveway every 2 to 3 years depending on traffic, weather conditions, and surface wear. Regular seal coating helps protect against cracks, water damage, and UV exposure, keeping your driveway looking new longer.
Resurfacing involves applying a new layer of asphalt over the existing surface, while repaving means removing and replacing the old material entirely. Our experts assess your driveway's condition to recommend the most cost-effective and durable solution.
Most residential projects are completed within 1 to 3 days, depending on size and weather conditions. Larger or more complex commercial jobs may take longer, but we always prioritize timely, professional completion.
Yes! We specialize in driveway repairs, including crack filling and pothole patching, to restore your surface without the cost of full replacement. Our repairs blend seamlessly with existing materials for a clean, finished look.
Typically, we recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours before using your driveway after seal coating, and 3 to 5 days after new paving, to ensure proper curing and maximum durability.
We combine quality craftsmanship, durable materials, and exceptional customer service. Our experienced team takes pride in delivering smooth, long-lasting results while maintaining transparent communication and affordable pricing.
Yes, we provide free, no-obligation estimates for all paving and sealing projects. Our team will inspect your site, discuss your needs, and give you a detailed quote outlining costs, timelines, and recommended services.
We use high-quality asphalt, concrete, and premium-grade sealants designed for Canadian weather conditions. Our materials are chosen for their strength, flexibility, and long-lasting protection against cracking, fading, and water penetration.
Absolutely. We handle projects of all sizes — from residential driveways and walkways to commercial parking lots and industrial areas. Each project receives the same level of care, precision, and professional finish.
Yes, temperature and moisture can impact the quality of paving and sealing. We schedule projects during optimal weather conditions to ensure proper curing and durability. Our experts monitor forecasts closely to guarantee the best results.
Every driveway eventually needs repair or replacement — but the ones left unmaintained get there far faster, and far more often.
With regular sealing it is not unreasonable to double the lifespan of an asphalt driveway. Applied every 12 to 36 months, sealant keeps the surface looking new even a decade on, maintains its structural integrity, and adds value to your property.
Timing decides whether the sealant bonds or peels. You want warm — not hot — dry weather, followed by cool nights so the product can cure and harden without being rushed.
In Ontario that means late spring (May–June) or late summer into early fall (late August–September). Avoid early spring: the ground still holds snowmelt, and spring rainstorms are frequent. Seal at the wrong time and you'll be paying to strip it and start again.
We'll help you find the right two-or-three-day window for your project.
Every driveway is different, so we price on size, layout and condition rather than publishing a flat rate that won’t fit your property.

Nothing destroys a driveway faster than water. Even the smoothest asphalt has a porous surface, and water finds every opening.
A few rainstorms alone won't do much. But add daily traffic and heavy cars parked overnight, and you have a combination working around the clock. Sealing every one to three years blocks water from getting in, cracking the surface, and splitting it further when it freezes.
New asphalt is deep black, almost purple. A few years of sun turns it a dull, faded grey — and that isn't just cosmetic. UV compromises the asphalt binder itself, which then lets water do its damage faster.
Sealing adds a protective layer against UV and lets the surface recover.
You can't wash out automotive fluids once they've penetrated the top layer. Even quick-dry sand only handles what's on the surface.
Sealing over those spills locks them away permanently under a physical topcoat — which matters if children or pets use the driveway.
Sealcoating addresses minor imperfections in the asphalt while applying a protective layer against future wear.
Asphalt sealing is the final step of an asphalt repair. Once cracks and potholes are filled, an oil-based sealant goes on as an additional protective coat.
